"If you were to ask those who know Nancy, to describe her.. well I guess the common reaction would be for them to stop what they're doing, widen their eyes and say:
"She never stops, she’s got that passion, she is the hardest working woman in the fitness industry today and that discipline, and she just keeps on going!…and her competitive edge…watch out cause here she comes! and jesus christ how many situps do u do to keep that six pack"
Well, I guess they’re right..her journey, never ends. In whatever it is that she is doing, however the task or goal reincarnates, her passion and discipline exceeds all obstacles. Nancy think's she was just born with it because she felt it at such a young age, and that is why her journey started at such a young age.
Nancy's gymnastics career started at age 6. She would jump off swing sets, diving boards and anything else she could giving her parents a heart attack.
SHE WAS FEARLESS!
Well Nancy's fearless passion created a 12-year gymnastics career with a well–know coach who was based out of Romania…and for anyone who asks, “How did she get those abs?” Well, hands down Nancy gives credit to her gymnastic's coach who started her doing up to 1000 ab exercises a day at 7 years old. The best conditioning ever that worked every muscle in her body, was through gymnastics. Anyone who is or was a competitive gymnast, knows exactly what she is talking about. You train muscles you never new existed.
From gymnastics, grew Nancy's passion for dance, considering dance is an integral part of gymnastics and the routining; and on top of that, in school she was also competitive in Volleyball, Track and Field, was Captain of the Cheerleading team and continued working out at the gym.Once retiring from gymnastics at the age of 18, (yes so young but so old for a competitive gymnast) her journey and passions where still burning, so she continued with dance, in hip hop and jazz and then was introduced to Salsa dancing and Latin ballroom dancing. Well her on going hunger for Salsa dancing, led Nancy to become a Professional Salsa Dancer, and a Member/Instructor, of Strickly Salsa Dance Company based in Toronto, Ontario in which her team competed and performed within Canada and Internationally including the World Salsa Congress in Puerto Rico, New York and Los Angeles and Montreal. I guess you can start to see the trend for yourselves, when people say she never stops. I don’t know what it is, but it's in my blood! states Nancy ... it is that feeling, that passion, it nourishes her soul, especially when she is on stage... here she come!
Nancy Dinino's competitive career granted her the wonderful opportunity to establish a career in the health, fitness, and urban and mainstream entertainment industries. Her multi-faceted talents have allowed her to have an active voice and presence in the media as a published model, TV Host and Radio Personality. These include Nancy co hosting of the 2006 Ladies of the Arnold documentary, co-host of the 2007 Arnold Schwarzenegger Sports Festival, women’s finals webcast that included a personal interview with the Governor, Arnold himself as well hosting the Alliance Entertainment Celebrity Private Yacht Boatcruise parties for the Film Music & Fitness Redcarpet Gala conducting redcarpet interviews with some of the top film and music stars as well hosting the 2007 AE Divas of Entertainment Model & Talent Expo in Toronto, Nancy has also been published in magazines such as Oxygen, Ironman and Muscular Development and she is currently a fitness model talent scout with Alliance Entertainement & is the Co-host of a modern women’s radio show called Living Beautiful.
