John Mcarthy played by (Derrick"DTeflon"Ling) & his partner Wildman Lt Jack Toretto played by (David "Shark" Fralick) are 2 decorated former members of the US Marine core dedicated to cleaning up the streets of the drugs and crime known for there ruthless tatics in undercover operations.

Mcarthy's a ruthless Rogue Agent who is known for his sometimes barbaric tactics in the field who battles from many demons that began when his father a former police officer was killed in a random robbery when he was very young joined the D T.U. and was trained by Toretto became one of the best undercover federal agents and Mcarthy who is the lead field agent heads up an elite team and takes down one of the biggest columbian drug lord cartels in Miami Florida,the Ramirez family.

But when the Notorious Cartel leader Columbian Drug Lord Hector Ramirez Sr is killed and members of his orgnization are sent to jail incluing Hector Ramirez Jr and with the buisness now in ruins the cartel names a new leader Hector Sr younger son Sosa Ramirez.

Sosa and Hector Ramirez Jr are 2 overbaring physcotic ruthless killer gang members and Sosa so consumed with greed and control as he is now in firm control leadership of the biz with his father dead but when Hector Jr is locked up behind bars a chain of events starts to take place in this one family reign of terror to rebuild it back up and is bent on settling the score with the 2 men that ruined his family buisness and going after those responsible for the death of his father organizes a full out assault against John & Jack's family,

Mcarthy who is starts to feel redempetion for some of is actions finds himself in an internal investigation against him and having to face the consequences for some of his actions but when the attack turns personal against the ones he loves he is force to possibly cross a line he may not be able to come back from in order to stop Sosa's reign of terror and put an end to the violence of the Ramirez Family
