In the beginning on how we got started..
STILL GOING STRONG FOR OVER 19YRS..REMEMBER THERE NAMES
The foundation of the Alliance Entertainment Group began in 1992, when Derrick"D-Teflon" Ling orginally from New York City founded the Smooth Entertainment Group under the mentorship of Radio Personality Chris Sheppherd and on air DJ DJ Fran learned the ropes of the nightlife industry and entered the Toronto Nightlife scene as a Go-Go Dancer and as well dance choregrapher from there he moved up the ranks holding various positions from bar and security staff to including nightclub manager to start his journey on what would later where he would become one of the biggest nightclub entertainment promoters in the city in the early 90's when he met a man who he became close friends with a well known club dj who eventually became co-partner Bobby Clark aka DJ RC who left the nightlife scene in 95 and shortly after that the company was later sold.
From there ling had a vision of instead of taking on the competition the only way to have true success is to bring all those in the competition together finding the best talents in respected fields of the entertainment scene so he decide to chance the name and from there the Alliance Entertainment was born

Alliance Entertainment executives & staff and agents work with celebrities, sports figures, professional athletes, bands, artists, musicians, songwriters, producers, publishers, managers, publicists, independent and major record labels, songwriter organizations, and internet companies, major magazines, video companies,some of the biggest film producers and directors in hollywood and more.
Ling left NYC in the early 90's relocating to Toronto Canada and partnered up with Chris Stewart later bringing on Chantal Clermont who eventually parted ways in 2000 to pursue other ventures and former AE Web designer Amir Zand who was a major apart of the growing stages of the AE Group until 2005,They were known as the Wolfpack breaking all rules in regards to the way there went about marketing coming up with some of the most controversial ads that brought immediate attention where from there Ling started to recruit some of the top key executives in different areas of the entertainment field to make up the Alliance Entertainment Group and since then have turned the Alliance Entertainment Group into a a full service entertainment company and distributor servicing both domestic and international markets.

The concept of Alliance Entertainment Nightclub Management group was created by one man which later an organization called the a.Wo was formed when Dj Kid Chris Stewart who joined the Alliance Entertainment as Derrick's right hand in 1995 then later Chantal Clermont a now former employee of the Alliance Entertainment and then in early 2000 Amir Zand joined the group to complete the most feared trio in nightclub entertainment called the a.W.o which has now enovolved over a decade later into an organization made up of 70 employees from different ethnic backgrounds who were in some way or another involved in the nightclub scene within the Toronto area.
Alliance Entertainment is a entertainment company that is involved in working with recording artists, film stars,fashion designers, and record labels among others. Alliance Entertainment is not just a name, but it is also a concept.
We believe that with the ethnic diversity in our city, there is no need to focus our attention to one group of people. We feel that by trying to cater to a wide variety of people, we can create a diverse party atmosphere as well as racial harmony.
The ideology of our company is an extremely good representation of the world; we have members with nationalites such as Italian,Philippino,Chinese Middle East and West Indies,Croatian,Spanish,Russian and many more.
