Q: How do I meet with an agent/Manager at AEMT & Do you represent male Models & Actors, Artists.
A: Yes we do represent working professional models & talent with experience
In order to submit to us, all submissions must come from a referral or you be contacted by an agent or manager or scout from our company and you cannot be currently signed and under contract with any other management company
If we wish to meet with you if you have been approached by one of our agents or if you have been contacted after submission at that time we will arrange for an appointment to meet with an agent or talent brand manager either in person or phone call. We will contact you Do not send us repeated emails if we got your submission.
We get hundreds but every submission is looked over and if we are interested in representing you we will contact you.
AEMT only represents professional union Actors, Artists, Female Fitness Models High Fashion glamour models & music video models, and celebrity influencers.
We only will consider taking on as a client after reviewing the portfolio if the male or female is currently a working well-known talent in the film tv or modeling industry,
Our office does not hold open calls. Please submit your headshots EPK Portfolio of work and resume for consideration. Please also submit your reel if available.
If you are a fit for our agency, you will be contacted by one of our agents or talent managers for further information.
If you are contacted to attend an audition op, arrive 15 minutes early. Actors: bring 2 copies of your headshot/resume. If you have a monologue, we would love to hear it!
Models: Bring a set of printed professional industry-standard head-shot digitals ( 4×6 or 8×10 size is fine).

A: We pride ourselves in being the most select elite talent management firm in the industry
Our Booking Agents & Talent Managers mainly work with some of the most recognized faces in the film tv music & fitness industry but do handpick the new talent that we feel will be the next generation of superstars in the industry.
All new talents that are signed to our roster who don’t make the cut due to lack of experience in the industry are put on a development contract with us and we help them in building the foundation of a strong resume and portfolio until we are ready to make them an official member of our talent roster.
All talents will go thru a 6 month probation period and at the end of the 6 months, we will determine whether it is worth signing them to a full contract.
Socioeconomic trends play an important role in determining which looks will be in demand. Model & Talent Agents decide who to represent based on their client’s current demands.
Judging an individual’s potential for success can be difficult in this field. Often more important than any other physical feature is the attitude, personality, and sparkle from within.
This will inspire decision-makers to book the appropriate model/talent. Everyone has their own look which makes them unique.

The AEMT Model & Talent roster is very small and exclusive select to those who have are currently well known working talent or up and coming talent who have taken the time after being selected to get to know the Alliance Entertainment company and what they are all about to make a good representative and spokesmodels.
We are not just looking for pretty models or those to stand around at a trade show we are looking STRICTLY for female talent who possess business experience in the film fitness & club & modeling industry combined with unmatched beauty and talent and drive to be successful in the industry.
The models, actors, artists, and businesswomen who are represented by the Alliance Entertainment group work hands-on with our agents, managers, and brand managers exclusively mentoring as well new talent looking to break into the entertainment & fitness industry and teaching them the right and wrong way to start there career.

If you do not want your submission to end up in the trash you must first get a professional headshot and professional photos are done before you can even think about getting into the industry so if you’re in need of a photographer for a photoshoot contact us for rates to set up a shoot with one of our top photographers and if you are a talented actor or fitness model looking for a talent manager or looking for maximum exposure done to promote your name you can forward your resume biopics demo reels for review to one of our agents for review if you’re interested in using our promotional services.

If you have no experience, No resume or reel then like starting a business you can’t expect to ever get results without investing into your career if you’re serious about working in the entertainment industry Our talented brand managers will show you the tools to get started in the right direction and commit for a 3-month term to get you prepped on the industry with basic training
There is not part-time in this industry if you want to make it so if you are looking to get into the entertainment industry we have a basic rep start-up fee where we will set you up with a database profile professional EPK website business card and Portfolio sort of like IMDB
We will set you out on talent assessment tasks to see how serious you are to committing yourself and in that time you will have a chance to start building your portfolio along with your credits to maybe one day to be selected to be on our official talent roster
AEMT Clients are hand-picked by our agents but you will first need not just by us but by anyone in the industry to even consider taking you on later as a client.
For non-experienced talent, there is a non-refundable 1 time $350 registration fee that is to created your portfolio + You will receive 3-month trial management along with coaching to get you pointed in the right direction
The fee is which is used to set you up with a start-up portfolio press kit and website.
All new talent with no experience must go thru our 3-month probation trial where talent must get the necessary tools within that time for us that we require, ie 2 professional industry-standard Acting headshots + IMDB page set up and demo reel or website in order to get you started in the industry or professional modeling photos done.
After 3 months review, we will decide whether we wish to continue working with you.
If we decide to end the contract after 3 months you still keep the EPK that you have paid for.
